Founding Seeder Survey

Your interest, timing &
how you'd make Amora home

We'd love to hear what draws you here — and how you'd shape the village.

Thank you for becoming a Founding Seeder. This survey helps us understand who's drawn to Amora, when you might be ready, and how you'd finance a home or lot here. Your answers directly shape the path we choose — including which ownership model we build toward.

Founding Seeders will be the first to know when we have lots and homes available for sale, and will be invited to exclusive events at Amora and online.

Please note: Joining the waitlist and completing this survey doesn't guarantee qualification or an offer of a home, lot, or financing. There's a separate onboarding process, and Founding Seeder access is how you'll learn about it. This isn't a commitment — it's an expression of your intentions that helps us shape the community we're building for you.
Part 1

You & Amora

Part 2

Are you interested in purchasing a home or lot at Amora?

Part 3

How much are you willing to invest in your home/lot and to be part of the community?

Part 4

When would you be ready to invest this amount?

Part 5

How would you finance it?

Financing a lot and building a home can be handled separately, so we'd like to understand both.

Part 6

How we hold land together

At Amora, we've chosen a shared stewardship model rather than traditional individual title. Here's what that means.

Instead of owning a clear titled individual lot or home, you own a defined share of all of Amora — the land, the forest, the community infrastructure, everything. Your share is specifically allocated to your home and lot, so it functions much like ownership: you can live there, steward it, and sell it. When you sell, the buyer must be welcomed by the community. This is what makes Amora different from a subdivision: the people who live here are chosen by the community and the land — we don't sell to just anyone who has the money.

This model also means your home and lot will cost less than they would under a traditional individual title structure, because we avoid millions of dollars in infrastructure that would be required if we subdivide through condo law.

Your share will also come with a 99-year renewable lease on your specific home and lot, giving you long-term security and the right to pass it on or sell it.

We're still developing the details of this model and the full membership process. Founding Seeders will be the first to receive this information and to be welcomed into rites of passage to become an Amora Resident.

Part 7

Anything else

Your responses are confidential and help guide decisions we're making thoughtfully and together. The $100+ waitlist contribution is a commitment signal — it does not guarantee an offer of a home, lot, or financing, and a separate aligned process applies.

Thank you, Seeder.

Your intentions are received. We'll be in touch as lots, homes, and gatherings open — you'll be among the first.

With love, Amora
